We are the authorised service centre for Suncamper Motorhomes and Made by Smidge warranty repairs. If something is not right, we will sort it out.
Authorised warranty repairs
RV Service is the authorised warranty repairer for Suncamper Motorhomes and Made by Smidge vehicles. That means when you have a warranty issue, you deal with us directly, not a third party who has never touched the product.
Because we are part of the same group that manufactures these motorhomes, we understand the build inside and out. We know which issues are covered, what the correct repair process looks like, and how to get it done without unnecessary delays.
How the process works
Get in touch
Call us on 1300 416 854 or use the contact form to describe the issue. Tell us your motorhome model, purchase date, and what you have noticed.
Assessment
We will advise whether the issue is likely covered under warranty and book you in for an inspection at our Thornleigh workshop.
Repair
Once the fault is confirmed and the warranty claim approved, we carry out the repair and contact you when the work is complete.
Important note on warranty terms
Warranty coverage is determined by the terms set by the manufacturer at time of purchase. If you are unsure whether your issue is covered, contact us and we will advise you honestly. We do not charge for a warranty assessment if the vehicle is within its warranty period.
Not Suncamper or Smidge?
If your motorhome is from another brand, we may still be able to help depending on the manufacturer's authorisation arrangements. Get in touch and we will let you know what your options are.
